Scheduling
Lessons take place at the same time each week on a day and time mutually convenient for the student and instructor. This time slot is chosen upon registration and is subject to availability. Start dates for these terms are flexible.
All lessons are to run consecutively except for Christmas Break, Easter Break, and Statutory Holidays. Lessons continue throughout the summer months.
Lessons are offered at 30 and 45 minute slots.
Rates
Students are charged a flat rate fee per month. Please contact Emily privately for exact tuition fees.
Please note:
We have the right to discontinue lessons at any time due to reasons such as unpaid tuition or tardiness.
Discontinuing Lessons
If a student wishes to discontinue lessons for any reason, four weeks notice is required.
Make ups and Cancellations
For make up lessons, four hours notice is to be given by emailing your instructor at:

Without sufficient notice, we cannot provide a make up lesson.
Please check the Calendar for a list of studio closures.
Make up lessons will no longer be offered for students’ schedule changes. Ex. Birthday parties. If a student cannot make it to their lesson because their schedule has changed, the lesson becomes forfeited.
If a student is sick, four hours notice is to be provided in order for a make up lesson to be received.
If an instructor is sick, another instructor may teach their lesson for them or a make up lesson will be provided.
We accept a total of two make up lessons per month.
For weather related studio closures, in-studio make up lessons will be provided. Feel free to contact your instructor to schedule this.
Recitals
There are typically two scheduled recitals per year which land in December and June. Ticket prices vary depending on the event space and rentals. Participation is not mandatory.
Photo/Video Release Form
Upon registering, you will be asked to sign a photo/video release form. This media has potential to be shared through our website and Facebook page. If you are not comfortable with this, just let me know.
